Hi, I use my Charge 4 with built-in GPS to log my runs. But for some time now, I've been seeing inconsistencies in the pace that is calculated. Today, I noticed that the average pace displayed is different across platforms.
Today I went for run and got this data:
- Fitbit Dashboard: 9.06km -- 55:05 min -- 6'01'' pace
- Windows 10 app: 9.06km -- 55:05 min -- 6'00'' pace
- iOS app: 9.06km -- 55:05 min -- 6'04'' pace
If I calculate the pace based on the 9.06 km and 55:05 min, the iOS app seems most accurate with a pace of 6'04''.
However, if I look at the splits per km, these also vary across platform. For the Windows 10 app, the total distance adds up to 9.15km (instead of 9.06), and the average pace is 6'00'' (instead of 6'04'').
So my real question: how is it possible that the different platforms contain different data, while they're using the same tracker?

I have screenshots from all 3 platforms, with a comparison to explain what I mean, but I can't seem to add an image on here... Is that because I haven't posted on here before?
