I am having an issue with my personal best stats not loading. I have tried logging out and logging back in but I'm still only seeing the updating arrow wheel.

Unfortunately this has been a known problem for quite some while. Fitbit are aware of it and say they will look into it but that it is being treated as a low priority so it's not known when it might be fixed.

Seems stupid. How can you beat your p.b if you don’t know what it is!
