Hi, I can't change my profile pic and what's worse than that, the pic isn't even me! Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi, thank U so much but I've done that about 50 times. I hit DONE and nothing happens. I was even on the Fitbit chat with customer service, and did everything they said, still nothing. I wouldn't mind, if it were a pic of me, but I don't even know who this woman is 😞

Is there a way to delete?

Have you tried removing it or just replacing it? I'll ask a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to see if they can assist you further.

Hi, I've tried everything. Even talked to CS. My Pixel Watch 2 and Pixel phone are fine with the Profile pic from Google, but the laptop Fitbit has a pic of a stranger. I can put a new pic for the Community, no problem. Just can't change or delete the one on my laptop (which I also sign in from Google)
