My Fitbit Flex2 fell out of the wrist band today. I an trying to determine if Fitbit can replace it with all the data on it (approx 6 years of data). Can't seem to get anyone from Fitbit to comment...

Hi @bastienron  sorry you lost your Flex 2 but the good news is that the data is not on the device. Your data resides on the Fitbit servers where you upload it when you sync. You can view your data at any time. If you wish to continue the journey, you'd need to get a new Fitbit style, as the Flex series was retired years ago. I have a Luxe currently.
