Resting heart rate changes on Surge

Why does the RHR record change after a few days? I've noticed several times that it will record 52 for perhaps 4 days in a row, rising to 53 for three days. and then change that week's record so each day is 53? I wear the Surge for sleep and through the day.

Lots of things have an affect on your RHR; stress, food, heat, time of day when you exercise..., you get the idea.  Looking at my own RHR plot, I see a run of like 12 straight days where it was 41, then it got hot here in New England and my RHR went up to 43, it cooled off for a few days and down to 42, got warmer again and right back to 43.

Thanks - I've noticed the same thing. What puzzles me is why it would log 49 for 4 days, rising to 50 for 3, and then when I look at the log again the 49's have disappeared and it's all become a 50. Really strange

My Sense resting heart rate at 8am was 59. An hour later it is revised to 60. I find this extremely frustrating.
