Like most people I spend a lot of time sitting in front of my computer.  My Samsung Gear would alert me when I sit too long (I could set the warning time).  I wish I had this feature on my Ionic.  I thought I would ask first to make sure it is not available before I suggest it.

This is what fitbit's "reminder to move" is there for. Have a look at the following help file that describes how it works and how to set it up:

No. That's not what I'm looking for. I want to get an alert if I have not moved in the last 30 minutes or whatever timeframe I choose. Not a notification that I have 10 minutes to accomplish my step goal.
