Silent alarm setting wrong time

Using vivosmart 2. Silent alarm scrolls one hour forward from the time I want to set, but vibrates at the time I tried to set (one hour earlier than the time set in app). Tried reconnecting device, checked timezone, and there have been no clock resets/daylight savings. Please advise 

Sorry meant to say inspire 2 not vivosmart!

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for the troubleshooting tried prior posting. I understand that this can be frustrating. I'd suggest trying the following: 

• Delete all the alarms set on your Inspire 2. See How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
• Restart tracker one more time. See How do I restart my Fitbit device?
• Set a new alarm and please test your device.
