Exact same experience here.  Very disappointing.

Don't think clearing cache is the answer.  Chatted with someone at Fitbit who had me change heart rate setting from Auto (which is what it was when it worked!) to "On".  Will have to find out tonight if that works.

Update to my post. You have to turn the heart monitor function to "on".
Seems like it worked okay for a day on "auto" but then it seems to decide
to turn itself off when you're sleeping and since the heart rate monitor is
what is used to determine sleep stages, you don't get the full analysis.

The "auto" function (as I understand it) is supposed to save battery life
by turning off the tracker when it is not being worn (no heart beat
detected). Somehow (after the first night anyway) it loses the heart beat
and thinks it should turn the heart rate monitor off.

Seems a little buggy to me but at least turning it to "on" worked.

(Now I just have to figure out why I am so restless and get very little
deep sleep and how to fix that)

Yes, I did turn it from Auto to ON (and the advice said that I should see green flashing lights from the tracker - but this did not happen).  so I have no idea of what is going on.

hmm...sorry. I've had mine for a week so that is the extent of my
knowledge. Good luck!

I heard about the introduction of the Sleep Stages feature but it did not seem to work even after updating firmware of my Charge 2 to 22.22.53.4 a few days ago. I have just set Heart Rate sensor to On. I'll know tomorrow whether this works.

The following day: No. It did not work. No sleep stages still. What's next?

Yesterday when I checked my sleep content, it was showing the sleep stages.  Very nice addition.  Today when I checked the the sleep stages they weren't there.  Did i miss something or is there a problem?  Thx, Thom

Yesterday morning for the first time, I was able to see the sleep stages.  This morning?  Back to the old graph of bars an no other information.  Disappointing.

Same here but I had the detailed stages for two nights and now not for the last two nights! So annoying...
