I switched on my fitbit app and saw someone else's name, photo, information. But my email address was the same.
I called help and received no help.
And now I'm receiving emails pertaining to this other user's fitbit orders and account.

Thanks for the update @esthert. It seems that a "bad actor" may have accessed your account with fraudulent intent. If you have regained access to your account and changed your password to a Fitbit-unique password, your account should be secure again.
To find out why someone may want to hack your account, please visit the Why Would Someone Want To Take Over My Account help article.

Hi Silvana,
I seem to have the same problem.
I see someone else's info in my account.
Do I have to manually change all the information after changing my password?
Or will you be able to reconnect my app with the original data from my account?
Thank you!
