My Surge FItbit hasn't synced since December 18 so I have had no weekly reports since then. I've tried online conversations with the FItbit team, but no success so far. Any suggestions?

Thanks for taking the time to share that your Fitbit isn't syncing and that you have been in touch with our team.
While you have probably already tried most of the steps listed in this help article please try going through all of them once again in order. They should help your Fitbit and sync thus you should start getting your weekly reports gain.
