Syncing hourly steps between 2 trackers not working

Start out in AM wearing Charge 2 (1/9 hours for hourly steps). Wear Alta HR during the day, then switch back to Charge 2. Step count is accurate.  However, the hourly steps appear correctly on the app, (ex. 5/9 hrs.)...but Charge 2 reflects only hourly steps from the AM (1/9). Question: do the hourly steps sync between 2 devices on 1 account?

That sounds quite bothersome. 

 

It is possible that it could be a glitch with the tracker. I'd recommend that you try to restart your Charge 2 to make sure that the software reloads again.
