Syncing

 My Charge 3 has not uploaded to the dashboard since yesterday afternoon. I tried doing a restart but that didn't help...what gives? This seems to be happening more often, should I start looking for a different tracker?

Unfortunately syncing problems do happen from time to time. The usual things to try when they happen are:

 

There doesn't seem to be a way to resolve syncing issues permanently and they affect all fitbits. It's really your call if and when the problems mean that it's time for you to give up on fitbit.
