Hello

 

How do I update my dashboard ? I have the small USB type device in back of computer & wearing fitbit .please advise

Have you gone through the setup process on your computer? This involves downloading and installing some software and is documented in this help file:

 

https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/

 

Once the software is up and running the computer should update the dashboard every 20 minutes or so if you are within range.
