Tracking not working

Hi. Has anyone had trouble with tracking? If I run for 45 minutes then do a cool down walk for 20 minutes, the fitbit only tracks the run. My default is 15 minutes of walking, running or biking. It never picks up the walk after a run. What good is this device if all exercise is not tracked?

Hi, @Narwohl! Welcome, welcome! It's unfortunate to hear that your tracker is not working as it should.

Can you try to restart your tracker, then reset the default time, save the changes and give it a try?

So, I did do a re start and it may have resolved the issue. However, I also spoke with fitbit customer service and was informed that there is a known issue with the automated activity display. It lags by about two hours in posting time. The engineers are working on this issue.
