Two Different Calories out?

I can’t seem to understand why it shows two different calories out. Which one should I be following? My Fitbit watch shows the higher number but in the app when you click on it it’s lower. What’s the difference? What should I be following?

Could be that app just hasn't synced to get latest data from watch.  In that case, watch is correct, but after sync, both will be the same.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Not the watch and the app. It’s inside the app. The app is saying two different things. On the front page it’ll say one number then clicking on it it’ll show another another lower number. (Tried uploading a pic but it’s saying it’s not permitted for some reason)
