Unable to Export Data

I am attempting to download past Body data, but the export function seems to be broken. I have tried three different browsers, and all give me the spinning "wait" icon, and then nothing happens.

The file will show in my download queue in Windows, but the download never begins.

@labtail, I just tested this function using both XLS and CSV format, and both downloaded instantly. I am using Firefox.  Have you tried a different browser to see if it works with a different browser?

Hi - yes but not Firefox, l'll try that. (tried Chrome, Edge, IE)
