I tried downloading my raw data from the fitbit website but once I press download, the wheel keeps on moving but the data does not get downloaded. Neither the TCX nor the CVS files get downloaded.

There is a known issue with data exports at the moment. Keep an eye on this thread for the latest updates from a moderator:
