Hi,

 

I can't export the TCX files for runs, and also fitbit isn't syncing with Strava.  Is there an issue?

mac & windows & mobile app don't download .tcx, fitbit doesn't sync to strava.

Yup.  I gave up on FitBit, bought a Garmin Fenix 5X watch and am amazed by it.  I use it for running, hockey, mountain biking, alpine skiing, nordic skiing, hiking.  Battery life is amazing.
