Dear fitbit.com Support & Website Admin,

Greetings from the ICANN Global Support Center.

(Kindly please pass this message to appropriate persons (Web Developers) preferably. Thank you.)

I am reaching out to you because we have received a bug report about your website.

Your customer reported to us that they tried to register an account with a valid email address, but the website does not accept it. Here are the email addresses that your website does not accept:

测试1@ua-test.link
测试5@普遍接受-测试.世界
دون@رسيل.السعودية

Kindly please look into and fix this issue.

To find out more information on new domain names and email addresses please visit www.uasg.tech.
You might find the information there helpful as you work to fix this problem.

Universal Acceptance (UA) is the state where all valid domain names and email addresses are accepted, validated, stored, processed and displayed correctly and consistently by all Internet-enabled applications, devices and systems.

Due to the rapidly changing domain name landscape, many systems do not recognize or appropriately process new domain names, primarily because they may be more than three characters in length or in a non-ASCII format. The same is true for email addresses that incorporate these new extensions (example: Mike@verycool.business, 华德@犹他.在线) .

@uasg.tech Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I moved your post to the Fitbit.com Dashboard as there are more chances for you to receive an answer to your inquiry here.

Fitbit allows registration via all non-generic top-level domains; only domains up to 4 characters long. I believe yours is longer than 4 characters.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else! Smiley Happy
