Web based Dashboard Sleep display inconsistencies

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

There are a few issues with the dashboard sleep displays that I noticed this morning:

 1) The dashboard sleep tile no longer has the Quick View control

 2)  The time asleep on the dashboard sleep tile does not match the detailed sleep log.

Edit: Forgot to say that the sleep stats on the right side of the "https://www.fitbit.com/sleep" page also haven't updated for today (sleep, times awake/restless).

Hi @Jeni_B, what it looks like to me is that the sleep tile (your first screenshot) is giving you hours asleep minus awake time. The lower graphic is sleep efficiency, and that subtracts both awake time and time restless. At least that's how I interpreted it.

@WavyDavey the point is that prior to the update they used to match. The
dashboard graphic seems to represent the light deep rem sleep graph that
was just introduced that doesn't take the sleep sensitivity setting into
account. At least that's my guess. It's close to, but not quite what I get
when I switch to normal sensitivity (which is nowhere near accurate for
me).

Every time there's an update with 'improvements' all that happens is that
they take away some features from the online dashboard and introduce bugs
to the ones that remain. It's really a shame - keep this up and they're
only going to lose ground to competitors who take customer care more
seriously - like fitbit used to, but not so much any more. I don't use this
for a watch, but for the data - if I can't view it or rely on it, fitbit is
useless to me.
