I just received my weekly report and noticed my steps were not all counted. I was missing at least 35,000 steps.can I add these manually

@FigeroAt least you are getting a report..

 

I'm not sure of the manual steps, but if it follows Fitbit's not having manual steps in Challenges etc it follows. I cannot test for you..

 

I haven't seen a weekly report or my Group reports for months.. I have given up chasing Fitbit.. Falls on deaf ears..

I just started receiving the report again about 6 months ago. I had to reinstall the app. I lost all my previous information including badges etc.😡
