Hi @RamonaK,

 

Usually you see this after a logged exercise, which in this case was 98 active minutes out of 147 for that day. Active minutes are sustained periods of exertion of at least 10 minutes.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Usually you see this after a logged exercise, which in this case was 98 active minutes out of 147 for that day. Active minutes are sustained periods of exertion of at least 10 minutes.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
