I just put my charge 2 back on to see what my RHR is from 5 months ago when I wore it for a few weeks. Ive done this before and the data always came back, even from years ago... even when i get new phone and log back into my account the data shows up.
This time they are telling me its not possible to get it back but wont tell me why.. just the person in the help chat keeps saying "its not possible"
It says right on their website its uploaded to their servers every 4 to 6 hours.. did Fitbit delete my data?
