What is Fitbit Trainer?

All I have is a tile on dashboard. How is this supposed to help me in anyway? Supposedly I met my activity goal not sure how it was set. The trainer tab pushes me back to dashboard however I like the other compare yourself to others tabs. It's a 12 week plan but doesn't make the slightest bit of sense to me

I think you are talking about the old Premium which has been discontinued
