It has been almost a month since the support people from Fitbit have contacted me. Last time I heard back the message said question had to go to a higher level to be taken care of. Still no reply. My primary MD likes receiving these reports but for last two months, nothing to take to office visits.

Thanks for bringing this up.
Have you tried replying to the last email you were sent once again? That should prompt some sort of reply.
In the meantime you could try to turn those notifications off and then on again. You can do so by going into your notifications settings. There, scroll down to the Weekly Summary and uncheck it. After that, click on Save. Do the same thing by now making sure it is checked.
