Hi @bb92506 

Can you provide a little more information about the functionality you are referring to?   Do you mean when you go into your account and try to save a profile picture?   What platform is this happening on (i.e. iOS, Android, Windows, MacOS, etc.)?  What steps are you following to save the image?

When I try to save my profile image (under 2MB) to the profile edit page, the image never shows up.

@bb92506   Other users are reporting this, too.  Fitbit is aware of the issue, but there's no time frame for a fix.

Hello @bb92506 

One of our users, @Hlkljgk , discovered a workaround for changing one's profile picture. See this post (<-- click link) for the steps to the workaround.

Hopefully, you'll be successful with the workaround until the issue is fixed.
