Hello,
Up until recently, I had only to log in to Fitbit to see updates for my Charge 2, for sleep, etc. Then I started getting a message saying, "You have not synced since May 4." Hmm . . . how could I change this? I went to the HELP menu, and it suggested that I click on the sync icon (which I could not find!) on my screen (Asus laptop using Windows 10).
I went to the Fitbit app on my phone. Clicked on it, and it said UPDATE. Then, after a l~o~n~g wait, the syncing process concluded and now all's well.

Welcome to the Forums @MaryPaulette.
From what I could gather from your post, it seems like everything is in order now, correct? Please let mek now if that is not the case so that I can help you.
Having said that, you can look into this help article for future reference. It explains how to get your Fitbit to sync.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
