I received an unwanted email. click the unsubscribe and that takes me to the login page. Cannot log in because I have not used the account in a decade. I have to reset the password
Reset password, then login.... no link to unsubscribe.
go back to email and click 'unsubscribe' again, and it takes me to the home page but nowhere where one can unsubscribe. Check account settings and profile - nothing.
Would someone PLEASE unsubscribe me from any and all future contact from your company, delete my account and delete any and all information that you have related to me. thanks

Hi @SunsetRunner you have to go to your profile and delete your account. It takes seven days before the account is closed, in case you made a mistake in closing it. You'll also get email from this thread, unless you go to it and request "no emails" to be sent when there is a response.
Fitbit won't contact you, so why don't you get with them? Reach out to customer support.
