fit bit one isnt working

just got this for christmas, i made an account but i cant get it sync.   im using my surface tablet and i downloaded the app also. i havent even gotten it to set up either    i looked up the help issues and it says to click on the 3 dots on the dashboard, but i cant find those dots.   the fit bit is charged and it is showing steps already on it but i havent used it  i dont know what to do   help

@girlflips Welcome to the Fitbit Community! To make sure you are setting it up correctly, check the set up article. If it is already paired to your account but still not tracking, please refer to the syncing troubleshooting to fix it. Also, make sure your device is under the list of supported devices. Remember you can use a computer to sync it too.
