Hello @Nursnis

Your time on your Fitbit should reflect the same time as the mobile device you have your Fitbit Tracker connected to through Bluetooth. Try turning your Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds then turn your Bluetooth back on. Now sync your Fitbit to see if that resolved the issue. If not You can try restarting your Fitbit. You won’t lose any data doing a restart. Look here to see how to restart your particular Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. If the problem continues then open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down to and tap App settings then tap time zone. Make sure your time zone is correct here and is enabled to automatically. Remember to sync your Fitbit uf you make any changes so your Fitbit will accept the change. If it was already correct disable set automatically, sync your Fitbit then enable automatically again and again sync your Fitbit. Next (using the same path, going to App Setting this time tap location. Ensure your location is set to automatically. Sync your Fitbit tracker if you made any changes. If it is already set to automatically then again, disable, sync your tracker, enable and sync your tracker once more. If all the troubleshooting steps still fail to correct the problem you can try changing your click face through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. (My thinking is the current clock face might be faulty)
😃Hopefully this resolves your time zone issue. Please come back and let me know how it goes.
