getting charge 2 to snyc to online dashboard

So i have the app on my ipod, and also use the online dashboard on my mac.  The Fitbit isn't syncing to the online dashboard? please tell me any suggestions on what i should do.

Welcome to the community!

 

When your iPod syncs your tracker, all it is really doing is taking the information from your Fitbit and pushing it on to the servers.

 

Are you absolutely sure that you're logging in to the same account?  Make sure that they're using the same e-mail address.
