The "Keep me logged in" checkbox on the website login page is broken. I've searched through previous threads and see that this has been a long standing issue, but the response from Fitbit has generally been dismissive. 

 

What's the status of this problem? If it won't be fixed, can the checkbox be removed? Presenting the checkbox on login, but then ignoring user's who check it is super frustrating and feels deceptive.

Hi, @t_omp! What browser are you using? I use Firefox and have never noticed an issue with being logged out.

That's great to hear! I'm using Chrome, I'll give Firefox a try.

 

How long does your session last with the "keep me logged in" option checked?

I'm not exactly sure, but infrequently enough that I don't notice it.

That's great to hear. On Chrome I have to log in multiple times a day. I hope knowing the bug is browser-dependent will help them fix it!
