hi - my fitbit doesnt seem to want to resync? Ive been on holiday for 2 weeks and come back and it wont update the date. ive tried logging into the pc and have changed it but it doesnt seem to update the fit bit. can anyone offer any advice? Thanks Jo

The inability to sync and update the tracker could've come from the connection between the tracker and your mobile device or computer. If you're using a mobile device I would recommend that you turn the Bluetooth off and then on again and try to do the sync.
If you are using a computer that has Bluetooth, please try the same. If you're using Dongle to sync, let's try to restart the computer itself and sync the Fitbit once again.
