i don't know how to change the time but i don't have a phone

@icefury  Most all basic bands are black. I checked the firmware update versions and it's probably a Charge 2. Unless you have a smartphone, you won't be able to get it set up and if it's not set up, the time will never be correct.

Hi @icefury  which Fitbit do you have? These need to be used with a smartphone in order to get set up properly. Let us know.

i don't know but the code is 22.58.00. also i don't have a phone.

@icefury  that code doesn't help. Which Fitbit do you have? There are many styles. You still have the box it came in?

no i don't but it is black. i'm sorry if that isn't helpful.
