old fitbit charge how do i sync it

I got a hand me down Charge, it's powered up and and working however I want to sync it to my Andriod.

Any ideas on how? Or where to find this information?

Open up your app. Tap on the device name and then tap on sync now

Also Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
