when I sync my versa it shows recent sync but my steps are way off its showing I have 34,938 but for the past few days I have had 18,159 16,949   13593 thats way over 34k steps so, I have synced it keeps saying its up to date

Maybe it’s counting repetitive arm movements. You can see the “steps” counting per time slice on your app and on Fitbit.com dashboard. Maybe you can deduct the wrong counting, so that you know why it’s counting.

I've just added 8 steps while sitting and moving my arm back and forth.
