After restart (3x push the button) Flex2 is no more working

Hi everyone, My Flex2 was no more tracking my steps so I have tried to restart it. Therefore I have putted  it into the charger and pushed 3 times the button at the bottom of the charger. The FitBit was reacting and vibrated but since then ist dead. Absolutely no reaction. No lights, no charging no nothing. How can change this? Thanks in advance

Hi, Sorry to hear that you  are having challenges. I have also been having issues in the last week trying to charge the Flex 2. I went through the same steps as you - trying to charge then, troubleshooting to see if pushing the button - received the same result with it vibrating but only have 1 of the white lights appearing after I have tapped it. It will start the charge process but will stop after 5 minutes or so. At that point I still only have 1 white light. Any solutions? Thanks in advance
