App is only 2 colors and not tracking intensity

Today I noticed that my Fitbit app is not showing the intensity of my steps and everything is in real and white. It used to show a graph in red, green, and yellow and show the number of steps per 15 mins. Any suggestions?

I noticed the color bars going awol more than a month ago and have had absolutely no luck even chatting through the Fitbit help chat. Flex 2 is not supported by Fitbit anymore and it was within days of that announcement that my activity color bars went awol on my Fitbit app on my iPhone. I even deleted and re-downloaded the Fitbit app for my iPhone. No change. Super frustrating.

The activity bars in colors with the 15 minute time periods still appear on my dashboard on the Fitbit website. Still aggravating that the color bars are gone from the phone app.

Thank you for this reply. At least I know it was just not me going crazy. It’s always frustrating when a company stops supporting their products. I’m still very happy with my Flex2 and see no reason to upgrade (knock on wood). I hate it when a company tries to “force” me to upgrade; makes me want to look at competitors products ( just in case anyone with Fitbit cares).

Have a great dat:sun:

I agree on all counts though I have in the last two days begun looking to replace my well loved Flex 2. Perhaps the Inspire HR. My first Fitbit was a Flex in 2014. My children bought me the Flex 2 I am still using in 2016.

It was very aggravating to online chat with the Fitbit folks.  Just tell me that you're eliminating program parts associated with your products you are getting rid of. They had me send screen shots of what I had and what I have now for the activity bars.

Argh.

Agree. I just am old school so I see no point in getting rid of something just to have the newest (same) thing. Oh well. I stay with this even without the color bars and when it dies I can pretty much track my own steps. I’ve been doing it long enough :sun:

Agree! Old school. Use it since it still works. And I think my children bought my flex 2 in 2017 not 2016, but I do miss the colored bars and 15 minute activity units.
