Are the orange light and three white lights a silent alarm

Every morning at 1:20 am, my Fitbit Flex2 vibrates and flashes 1 orange light and three white lights and repeats the sequence again 10 minutes later. Is this a silent alarm? If so, how do I turn it off? I can’t find alarms on the app or desktop. At another time I also get a 

pink light and white lights. This vibrates several times. I cannot find these color codes in the manuals.
