This should be simple, but it isn't. When I input a new email address I receive a message to the effect that it is not a valid email address.
The current address is pre input by the system; I accurately input the new address twice, with no typos etc. I've used this address for years.
Any ideas?

Hi @jhspas,
Assuming you've tried changing the email address on the phone app, have you actually logged into the Fitbit website and tried changing the email there? That's the only way to know if it's truly a problem on Fitbit's site rather than just an issue with the app.
