I want to contact customer support about the fact that my Flex 2 has stopped recording my sleep, but every time I click on the option to Contact Customer Support that loading circle comes up and just goes on and on and on for several minutes before I give up, close the app, and open it to try again. The same thing happens every time.
How can I get this feature to work again? Alternately, is there another way to contact customer support outside the app that would still enable them to connect me with my data?
