Someone please help me. I want my old dashboard back. I went to settings, nothing there! I have silent alarms already set in my Flex and can't find them anymore with this new dashboard to change them!! Does anyone with Fitbit care how much I hate this NOW!!
Your posted solution to finding alarm setting doesn’t work. There is no “tile” in the top right. Of the screen. There are no + signs that relate to silent alarms. What is the scoop? I am a Charge 2 user with an iPhone. Help!
Fortunately Fitbit gave me the solution. Click on your picture in the top right and then click on the Fitbit you are using in the list. All the settings should come up and silent alarms in about 4/5 down the list 😃
This is infuriating. I cant find alarms anywhere on the new dashboard. The instructions: "go to alarms". Where the heck is that!?!, ",click in the upper right,corner". Where on the message box. Nope. This new interface is terrible!
Ive been fighting with this since it switched over and it’s been angering me every night that I couldn’t adjust my alarms. I remembered the forums tonight’s and gave it a shot and found your response. Sure enough it took me right to my silent alarms! Thank you! Now to get rid of my stress induced migraine and I’ll be top notch!
And how do I set the alarm when I haven't been able to see anything clearly on my device screen in a month even though I only got my Charge 3 in February and the new app interface doesn't have "silent alarms" anywhere to be found?
