My Mac computer stopped recognizing my Flex2 - said it was decommissioned.  So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  Twice.  The app never actually installs...it 'thinks' and 'thinks' - with the little circle spinning an spinning and never finishes the installation.  So I can't add my device back in.
