My flex, after years, stopped syncing on my iPhone, managed to reconnect briefly then would inky show calories, not steps- I restarted/forced close/switched off phone and Bluetooth/ followed all instructions I could find online/ tried Support chat and phone- no longer available- tried closing account, which had done 7 days nonsense, whatever I do I can’t connect the device to my phone or track steps. Any help gratefully received as I am about to bin the thing!!
