Can't view Flex's Dashboard on account

I recently charged up my old Flex because my Alta is dying rapidly and I thought I'd use my Flex in the interim. When I transitioned from the Flex to the Alta I was able to see a dashboard for both the Flex and the Alta but now I can't find a dashboard for the Flex on my account, even though my Flex is charged and is keeping track on my steps. Is there something I need to do to find my Flex dashboard? Or am I out of luck because FB wants me to buy a knew product?

Hi @Mariola the Flex was retired when the Alta was released and there is support, but mostly on the forums. Did you remove the Flex from your account? That might be what happened. Fitbit doesn't make us buy new products when ours are older. I have the Alta HR and it's been retired, too.

The Flex is on my account - I see it listed as one of my trackers and can access settings, etc. for it but I just can't get to the dashboard for the Flex, only for the Alta. I'm just trying to figure out how to see the dashboard for the Flex that is part of my account and is working on keep track of my steps

Hi @Mariola  this is the article about multiple devices on one account. You should be able to go between the two devices. I've asked a moderator to stop by to assist with this.

@Mariola Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with viewing your Flex data on your account. Not sure what you are referring to. You will see the data of both of your trackers on the main Dashboard. There isn't a separate Dashboard for each one. If you could share a screenshot of what you have seen (if you can view the equivalent for the Alta. As I said you will see all the data (steps, distance, calories, etc.) on the main Dashboard. You can read more about this in this help article for further explanation.

@Odyssey13 thank you for your help here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you. I really thought that in the past I saw a separate dashboard for each device so I was confused when I couldn't this time. I now understand that the data from both devises is combined into the one dashboard.
