Fitbit needs a way to delete unwanted notifications and messages. They never delete and a waste of space.

I am unable to delete them on android and computer.  They've been on longer than a year so that doesn't work either.

I have messages from January and notifications of  over 2 years year old.

Why not just upgrade the user experience and allow us to delete messages and notifications?

I agree with you that they are not deleted after 30days.. even if log out and log in back to the account. I have messages and notifications about 175 days old. So can someone please help me out how to delete them coz it’s really very frustrating.

I have messages over 400 days old. Logging out and back in didn’t work for me.

I had a little luck today on my phone by pulling up the message, holding my finger on it and swiping it.  I had to do them one at a time but it worked.  For multiple, there is probably a 'select all' option.

There isn't. I had to delete them one by one and it left the main message
still in my box.

Same for me- But at least the other's are deleted. I find it
absolutely absurd that there is not an option to delete
messages/notifications. Seems archaic for a "progressive" item #IJS

Yes, that is the only bad thing, but at least all the creepy texts are
gone! Just the person stays and they stay forever it appears.

You still have the person there. The messages are gone, but the person and
first message is still there.

It was semi-fixed about 6 months ago. People just need to know how to do
it.

Thank you for sharing this tip. I’m able to delete individual messages. However, as others have pointed out the person’s name still appears. Don’t know why Fitbit doesn’t provide an option to delete the entire thread. Odd.
