Hi @Oldbutgold  I'm  a bit confused here. How do you know you did 25000 steps as the Flex 2 has no screen to tell you this?  Is theflex 2 syncing to you phone OK otherwise?

But try  restarting your Flex 2 a few times, and also update your app if there is an update available in the app store, and hopefully it won't happen again (though it is unlikely to restore anything lost)

Restart your Tracker

Hi NellyG, thanks for responding, but I'm confused also, when your phone is
synced to flex2 app all data is shown on first screen known as dashboard
and shows everything, distance, steps and time used on activities, after a
chat with one of support guys he explained it's not the number of steps but
effort used, now when Iv'e done 27-28,000 steps I'm awarded a badge, last
earned on 02/06/22.Thanks for your input 😀

So the problem is withfothe fitbit server, or the app. Not the tracker.
