My Flex recently stopped showing my 10,000 step milestone. It never goes past 4 dots then will drop back to 1 even though I know I've passed 10K steps. Have not tried to reset it yet. Wondering if there's anything else I should do first. It's over 5 years old btw but has not given me any real trouble in the past other than occasionally not warning me when the battery is low.
