Fitbit app not updating and device not working

For 4 days now my app has been updating and wont update and my flex 2 wont work.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that your Fitbit app is not updating. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Can you please provide more information about your Flex 2? In which way is not working? More information will be appreciated so we can move forward with this.
