This is my 2nd Fitbit that I purchased. The first device I purchased died a year and 2 weeks after purchase. So I bought another one. The part that holds the strap to the device broke. I submitted my warranty claim and received another Fitbit. The Fitbit died within 4 1/2 months. I submit a warranty claim explaining that the replacement device must be defective and receive an offer of 35% off the purchase of a new device. This is not right. For the amount of money spent on these devices you should get more than a year of use. So disappointed in this company. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Hi @Talulahblle the warranty information can be found here - click to read. The warranty period is one year (two in some European countries) from the date of the original purchase, despite any replacements issued.
